We are beyond proud of QEA student Lily for her amazing success at the Mansfield Rotary Club’s Junior Showtime Talent Competition over February half-term.

Lily, who is passionate about dance, gymnastics, and musical theatre, took a huge step towards her dream of performing on stage by entering both as a solo ballet act and as part of a dance troupe with her school. Both acts made it to the final!

The grand final, hosted by TV’s Richard Bacon at the Palace Theatre, was Lily’s first-ever solo performance in front of a crowd – an incredible achievement in itself. While she narrowly missed out on a placement for her solo routine, her dance troupe secured an impressive 2nd place overall, winning a cash prize.

Lily, we are so proud of your talent, dedication, and courage. We have no doubt that this is just the beginning of your journey to the stage.
