A group of year 10 students had an amazing time at the ‘Get into Construction’ day at West Notts College Construction Campus, thanks to Action for Construction.
They explored a wide range of careers in the construction industry, got hands-on with plaster mouldings and joinery, designed and built their own ‘school’, and even had a go in a cherry picker!
Students also took part in risk assessments and had valuable conversations with industry professionals – gaining real insights into what a future in construction could look like.
